Located in the heart of the Born neighborhood, Bar el Born is a cultural symbol in the city and a meeting point for locals and tourists alike.

Our doors are open every day from morning until dawn, so you can visit our establishment for a breakfast in the morning, an afternoon snack or cocktails during the night.

At Bar el Born we have decided to honor our origins. For this reason, we keep everything possible from the old codfish store that was located here.

Visiting our Bar is an experience, because we preserve the marble bar where the fish were formerly exhibited and also old photographs that are part of the history of the Born neighborhood and the bar.

We're proud to be located in one of the most charming and oldest areas of Barcelona. Without going any further, the Passeig del Born is one of the most emblematic streets of the neighborhood and the city.

If you are going for a walk, we advise you to enjoy El Born and its highlights: the Picasso Museum, the Basilica of Santa María del Mar, the Parque de la Ciudadela and the Arc de Triomf.
