Bar el Born is located at Passeig del Born, Main Street of the Born district, the old town of Barcelona, one of the oldest and most charming areas in town. Full of bars, restaurants and shops, it is undoubtedly one of the favorite places for both locals and tourists.
At Born and its surroundings you will find some of the most visited and historically important sites in the city, such as the Picasso Museum, the Basilica of Santa María del Mar, the Parque de la Ciudadela and the Arc de Triomf.

It is a unique bar, located in the old town of Barcelona that represents the spirit of El Born neighborhood, a symbol of the cultural center of Barcelona. Full of history, Bar el Born was an old fishshop during the 1930s and 1950s.
We have decided to honor our origins, for which we currently preserve the marble bar where formerly the fish were exhibited and different old photos that are part of the history of the establishment.
You can visit our bar at any time of the day, whether to enjoy a coffee during the morning, a snack in the afternoon or enjoy our cocktails during the night.
